Konya

Konya is a city in central Turkey and it's one of the oldest cities in the world with a history of 8000 years. It was known as Iconium in Roman times. Its most famous site is the Mevlana Museum, the mausoleum of Jalal ad-Din Muhammad Rumi, a Persian Sufi mystic also known as Mevlâna or Rumi. It's a place of pilgrimage for Muslims.
