Djavolja Varos

Located in southern Serbia, Djavolja Varos, or Devil's Town, is a natural landmark known for its unusual rock formations. These formations, also known as 'earth pyramids' or 'towers', were created by strong erosion. Surrounded by an expansive forest, Djavolja Varos also has two springs with extremely acidic and mineral-rich water. The site was a finalist in the New Seven Wonders of Nature campaign.
